These biscuits came together very easily. The dough was even stickier than I expected it to be. I found them to be far more dense than a normal biscuit, but the taste was very interesting. I think I actually preferred them reheated the next day, but they were quite tasty. In fact, I think if anything, their sweet potato taste was over-pronounced.
